In short: All Is Mind is a tool for daily visualization and reflection. It doesn't promise any particular result, and it isn't medical or psychological care. You can cancel your plan at any time, and your content is yours.
These terms are an agreement between you and Mahesh Khemlani, Panama City, the Republic of Panama, who operates All Is Mind (allismind.app). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use All Is Mind.
All Is Mind helps you describe the life you want and keep your attention on it: a vision film made from your answers and photos, a guided meditation, affirmation audios in your own voice, and short lessons. It is a tool for personal reflection and habit-building.
No promise of results. We don't promise that using All Is Mind will bring about any outcome in your life, health, relationships or finances. What you do with your practice is up to you.
Not medical or psychological advice. All Is Mind is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional. Don't use the guided meditation or eyes-closed exercises while driving or operating machinery.
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. During the beta, All Is Mind is invite only, and we may limit or end beta access.
If you live in the EU or the UK: you have a right to withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of your first payment. Write to hello@allismind.app within those 14 days and we will refund that payment in full. After the 14 days, the cancellation rules above apply.
Automatic renewal notice (including for California residents): your subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe, and is charged to the payment method you approve in PayPal, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Settings or in PayPal, with no need to call or write to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your films, meditations and audio tracks are for your personal use inside the app while you have access, and are not offered as downloads. Your answers, lines, photos and recordings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our service providers, only as needed to make and deliver your tools. Images and films are made with AI and may not be perfect; you can ask for scenes to be made again.
Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission (for a child, only if you are their parent or guardian). Don't upload anything unlawful, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Please don't misuse the service: for example, by trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with how the app works, copying or reselling our lessons, or sharing your invitation or account in ways we haven't allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The app, its design, lessons, scripts, music and the guide's recordings belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal practice. Quotations from public-domain books are credited to their authors.
We work to keep All Is Mind available and improving, but we may change, pause or end features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever close All Is Mind, we'll give reasonable notice where possible, and offer a way to save your films and audios.
All Is Mind is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your practice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this cancels any active plan. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and the courts of Panama City have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections, or the right to bring a claim in your local courts, that the law of the country where you live gives you. We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use All Is Mind after that means you accept the updated terms.
